Abstract

The Youth Entrepreneurship is considered an engine of innovation and growth of the Economy of a Country, decades ago
the creation of companies and emprendimientos was an activity developed mainly by men, the woman only played a
supporting role, therefore it is necessary to influence in The differences in the development of entrepreneurial skills,
psychosocial traits found by women when starting a business activity. The objective of the research article is to analyze
youth entrepreneurship from a gender perspective in the city of Puno, considering the innate skills that entrepreneurs
have, the method used is the deductive - quantitative, with a correlational scope, explaining the relationship Of innate
skills of the entrepreneur, for the collection of data from the survey, was taken as a sample to the Young Productive
Program of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion to 2016, obtaining 120 surveys of young entrepreneurs,
the results were obtained that there is less significance In the entrepreneurial skills developed by the woman puneña in
comparison to the male, it is emphasized that women have a greater commitment to the activities 83% that performs in
addition to seeking information to undertake 92%, for men, however, features such as Seek 88% opportunities and the
ability to persuade 89%, in In other countries such as Europe and the Americas, women played an important role in
business development in the city of Puno, apparently not changing at the same pace as in other parts of the world
